This work was constructed for Festival Ithaca, a multi-discipline arts festival in Ithaca, New York and was commissioned with a grant from the Expansion Arts Program of the National Endowment for the Arts. The project demanded the fabrication of a fifteen by thirty-foot matrix of PVC tubing, stainless steel cable and aluminum fittings. The art work was suspended five stories above the downtown pedestrian shopping district of Ithaca, New York for the thousands of visitors to the Ithaca Festival events. This kinetic art work caught the wind and rotated slowly from its tether. 8'x 30'x 15'
